Training

We offer a complete range of CRM training services and work with customers to develop a complete end-to-end SageCRM training plan as we understand the critical role CRM training plays as this is more than just telling users where to click.

Whether classroom-based group training or one-to-one mentoring we can assist with both initial end user training, administration training and on-going support.

Class room group sizes are limited to 7-8 persons as all training is interactive and focused on the customer needs. Smaller class sizes also provides an opportunity to spend time testing real life scenarios and asking any questions that arise. 

Custom training materials such as videos and guides can also be provided when requested.

Helpdesk Support

SageCRM Support helpdesk services for:
  • Sage business partners who do not have in-house SageCRM helpdesk support services or are looking to outsource their SageCRM support services
  • SageCRM customers looking for a SageCRM support partner.
 We have a dedicated support team on-hand  from 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) who will work in partnership with you to deliver outstanding technical support to you or your customers, providing you with peace of mind. 

Our helpdesk team provides phone (+44 1494 490409) and email support services using SageCRM to log, prioritise and manage the support process from start to finish.
