Sage's new release for SageCRM in 2024 is ready to integrate with your Sage accounting system!

- The ability to view more folders in Exchange Online and change number of listed folders
- A refreshed and enhanced integration with Mailchimp including:
- Adding custom fields to Mailchimp audience
- Changes to Mailchimp merge tags
- Selection of Mailchimp email builder
- Support for workflow for quotes and orders
- Sage CRM Ally (beta) AI chatbot
- Improve Sage CRM performance by disabling chatbot
- Increased maximum field length
- RESTful API enhancements including support for new Query Parameters and Operators
- New English-language HTML Mail Merge templates
- Refreshed brand and corrected names for mobile themes
- Refreshed eLearning
- Updated User Assistance
- Supporting content on Sage City and Community
